Overview
Cyclone liquid separator (hydrocyclone) for drilling fluids: desander and desilter remove solids 44-74 micron and finer by centrifugal force. 10-inch and 6-inch cones, capacities 60-240 m3/h per cone. Factory-direct manufacturing, exported worldwide.
Hydrocyclone Technology
Polyurethane or ceramic-lined cones. Feed pressure: 0.2–0.4 MPa. Cut point: D50=15–75 μm depending on cone diameter. Single or multi-cone configuration.
