Overview
Cyclone Separator uses centrifugal force to separate solid particles from liquid drilling fluids based on density difference. Compact, no moving parts — high reliability in harsh environments.
Hydrocyclone Technology
Polyurethane or ceramic-lined cones. Feed pressure: 0.2–0.4 MPa. Cut point: D50=15–75 μm depending on cone diameter. Single or multi-cone configuration.
