Overview
Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) Unit removes emulsified oil and suspended solids from oily wastewater through micro-bubble flotation. High-efficiency oil-water separation.
Separation Efficiency
Influent oil: 500–5000 mg/L → Effluent: <20 mg/L. Solid removal: >95%. Hydraulic loading: 5–15 m³/m²·h. Micro-bubble size: 30–50 μm.
System Components
Pressurized air saturation tank. Recycle pump. Chain-and-flight skimmer. Sludge hopper with screw conveyor. Chemical coagulation and flocculation tanks upstream.
