Overview
Explosion-proof Sludge Coil Dryer thermally dries oily sludge and drilling cuttings using indirect steam heating through hollow disc coils. ATEX/IECEx certified for Zone 1 hazardous areas.
Drying Performance
Heat transfer area: 30–200 m². Evaporation capacity: 200–2000 kg/h water. Feed moisture: 40–85%. Output moisture: <10%. Steam pressure: 0.4–0.8 MPa.
Safety Features
Nitrogen inerting system. Oxygen monitoring with interlock. Explosion relief panels. Temperature monitoring on all bearings. ATEX-rated motors and instruments throughout.
