Overview
Filter Press is a pressure filtration device for dewatering oily sludge, drilling waste, and industrial slurries. Produces low-moisture filter cake for disposal and clear filtrate for recycling.
Filtration Area
Standard models: 50–800 m². Plate size: 800×800 mm to 1500×1500 mm. Number of plates: 20–120. Cake thickness: 30–40 mm. Feed pressure: 0.6–1.2 MPa.
Automation
Automatic plate shifting system. Hydraulic closing with pressure holding. PLC control with touchscreen HMI. Automatic cloth washing system optional. Membrane squeeze for extra dewatering.
