Overview
Flare Ignition Device provides safe and reliable ignition for well testing, workover, and production flare systems. Remote-controlled ignition eliminates personnel exposure to hazardous zones.
Ignition System
High-energy electronic ignition, spark plug 12–24V DC, ignition success rate ≥98%. Manual backup ignition via propane pilot. Control range up to 100m wireless.
Construction
304/316 stainless steel burner head, carbon steel mast 3–8m height. Wind-resistant flame stabilizer. Rainproof ignition box IP65. Optional solar power supply.
