Overview
Heating & Stirring Conditioning Unit pre-heats and homogenizes oily sludge before dewatering or thermal treatment. Improves downstream equipment efficiency by reducing sludge viscosity.
Heating System
Steam jacket or thermal oil coil heating. Temperature: 40–90°C controlled. Heating surface area sized per sludge volume. Insulated tank with external cladding.
Agitation
Vertical agitator with paddle or anchor impeller. Variable speed drive. Explosion-proof motor. Baffles for optimal mixing. Temperature probe and level sensor integrated.
