Overview
Horizontal Spiral Centrifuge is a high-speed centrifuge for three-phase separation of oil, water, and solids from oily sludge. Enables oil recovery and solids dewatering in one machine.
Three-Phase Separation
Bowl diameter: 420–620 mm. Bowl speed: 2500–3500 rpm. G-force: 2500–4200G. Differential speed: 5–30 rpm. Oil recovery rate: >95%. Solids dryness: 65–80% TS.
Materials & Sealing
Duplex stainless steel bowl and conveyor. Tungsten carbide at solids discharge and feed zone. Nitrogen-purged mechanical seals for hydrocarbon service. Certified for Zone 1 hazardous area.
