The Mud Agitator is a key solids control equipment for drilling mud circulation systems, designed to suspend solid particles and maintain uniform mud density in mud tanks. It prevents solids settling at tank bottom, ensuring consistent drilling fluid properties.
Drive System
Explosion-proof vertical motor with helical bevel gear reducer. Motor power: 5.5–22 kW. Output speed: 30–80 rpm. Explosion-proof rating ExdIIBT4. Motor protection IP55.
Impeller Design
Axial flow impeller with 3–4 blades, diameter 600–950 mm. 304 stainless steel construction. Optimized blade angle for maximum turbulence and low power consumption.
