Mud Cleaner combines desander and desilter hydrocyclones mounted above a fine-mesh shaker screen. Removes sand and silt particles (15–74 μm range) in a single compact unit.
Cyclone Configuration
Desander cones: 8–12 pcs × 250mm (10") diameter. Desilter cones: 12–20 pcs × 100mm (4") diameter. Polyurethane construction for abrasion resistance.
Underflow Screen
API 80–200 mesh fine screen. Linear motion vibrator. Screen beneath cyclone underflow catches discharged solids, allowing clean mud to pass through to active system.
