Overview
The Mud Gun delivers high-velocity drilling fluid jets to prevent solids sedimentation in dead zones of mud tanks. Essential for maintaining homogeneous mud properties throughout the circulation system.
Design
360° swivel joint with manual rotation. Single or dual nozzle configuration. Nozzle diameter 19–32 mm. Carbon steel body with internal wear-resistant coating. Operating pressure 2.0–5.0 MPa.
Installation
Tank wall or roof-mounted. Straight pipe or gooseneck configuration. Standard flange connection. Adjustable dip tube depth for tank level variation.
