Mud Mixing Tanks are large-capacity steel storage and mixing vessels forming the backbone of the drilling fluids circulation system. Configured in series for active, reserve, and mixing functions.
Capacity & Dimensions
Standard capacities: 40–80 m³ per tank. Rectangular design with sloped bottom for self-cleaning. Tank wall 6–10mm steel plate with internal stiffeners. Walkways and handrails standard.
Agitation & Piping
Multiple agitator mounting pads. Mud gun manifold connections. Inter-tank transfer piping. Sand trap at inlet. Cleanout manway. Optional heating coils.
