Overview
Mud Tank Control Valves regulate drilling fluid flow between tanks, manifolds, and processing equipment. Critical for directing mud circulation paths in solids control systems.
Valve Types
Butterfly valve (DN150–DN300, wafer or lug type). Gate valve (DN100–DN250, rising stem). Available in manual handwheel or pneumatic actuator configuration.
Materials
Cast iron body with ductile iron disc (butterfly). Stainless steel stem and seat. NBR or PTFE seat/seal. Suitable for drilling mud with pH 7–12 and solids content up to 30%.
