Overview
Primary Sludge Crusher reduces large chunks of oily sludge and debris to uniform particle size (<30 mm) for downstream processing in thermal desorption or drying systems.
Crushing Mechanism
Double-shaft shear shredder with hardened alloy steel blades. Blade thickness: 20–40 mm. Hook-type blade geometry for grabbing irregular materials. Shaft speed: 15–40 rpm.
Drive & Protection
Planetary gear reducer, 2×7.5–22 kW motors. PLC auto-reverse on overload. Inlet hopper with safety grid. Explosion-proof motor ExdIIBT4. Discharge conveyor connection.
