Sand Pump is a centrifugal slurry pump specifically designed for feeding hydrocyclones (desander/desilter) and transferring abrasive drilling mud in solids control systems.
Performance
Flow rate: 90–360 m³/h. Head: 30–45 m. Impeller diameter: 280–380 mm. Pump speed: 1150–1480 rpm. NPSHr: 2.5–4.0 m.
Construction
Heavy-duty cast iron casing with replaceable wear liners. Hardened alloy impeller (Cr27). Double mechanical seal with flushing system. Belt or direct drive with explosion-proof motor.
