Overview
Three-Chamber Dosing Device prepares and delivers chemical solutions (flocculants, coagulants, demulsifiers) for oil sludge treatment and wastewater processing with automated batching.
Chamber Layout
Chamber 1: Dissolution/mixing with mechanical agitator. Chamber 2: Aging/maturation with slow stirrer. Chamber 3: Dosing reservoir with level control. Total volume: 1–10 m³.
Dosing System
Diaphragm metering pump, 20–500 L/h. Flow adjustable 0–100%. SS316 pump head. Pulsation dampener. Calibration column. Ex-proof motor available.
