Overview
Workover Rig is a mobile well intervention unit for repairing, maintaining, and enhancing producing oil and gas wells. Mounted on truck or trailer for rapid deployment.
Capacity
Hook load: 400–1500 kN. Mast height: 21–36 m. Drawworks power: 350–750 HP. Depth capacity: 1500–6500 m with 2-7/8" tubing. Hydraulic tongs torque 30–120 kN·m.
Safety Systems
BOP stack (annular + ram type). Deadman system. Crown and floor saver. Overload protection on drawworks. Emergency shutdown at multiple stations. Certified for H₂S service.
