Desander removes sand and coarse particles (44–74 μm) from drilling fluid using 250mm (10") hydrocyclones. First-stage hydrocyclone separation after shale shaker.
Performance
Cone quantity: 2–8 pcs. Feed pressure: 0.2–0.35 MPa. Cut point: D50=40–60 μm. Processing capacity: 90–240 m³/h. Polyurethane or cast iron construction.
