Desilter uses 100mm (4") hydrocyclones to remove silt-sized particles (15–44 μm) from drilling fluid. Second-stage solids control after desander.
Hydrocyclone Specs
Cone quantity: 8–20 pcs. 100mm diameter. Feed pressure: 0.2–0.4 MPa. Cut point: D50=15–25 μm. Polyurethane cones with replaceable apex inserts.
Manifold
Steel manifold with Victaulic or flanged connections. Ceramic-lined inlet header. Pressure gauge per bank. Isolating valves for individual cone maintenance.
